Upright MRA
Device question: is there a device that enables MRA in an upright position with head bending?

(I'm asking this after I was disappointed to discover this was impossible in the GE Signa TM SP/i System)

Only safe in a system with transmit/recieve coils as long as relevant area is not within the coil. Suggest you check with manufacturer of particular device.

I 'm claustrophobic and supposed to get an MRI examination of the liver.
The second problem consists in my weighting of 150 kg. I heard about the open MRI devices. Who is also not a lightweight and has experience with an open MRI examination of the liver?
